Airport–Hotel Transfers
Recommended Transfers (CUN Airport ↔ Grand Park Royal Cancún)
As in previous years, the company we recommend for reliability and overall service is NEXUS TOURS. Your reservation is made under your own name as a direct client (we don’t have a promo code or special agreement).
Private and shared options
With Nexus you can choose:

Shared service starting at $13 USD / Private service starting at $41 USD (plus some “deluxe” options, depending on availability).

2. Select One way or Round trip.
3. Pickup: Cancun International Airport (CUN).
4. Drop-off: Cancun / Hotel Zone → Grand Park Royal Cancún (reference address: Blvd. Kukulcán Km 10.5, Hotel Zone).
5. Enter your flight details, date/time, and pay by card.
After booking, they’ll send your confirmation and follow up with pick-up instructions. They also have strong customer service (including WhatsApp support) and Nexus stands at each airport terminal.
Other options:
You can book Nexus or any transfer company you prefer.
What we don’t recommend is taking an airport taxi on the spot without a pre-booking, as it can be overwhelming and prices may be higher and variable.
Note on Uber: Uber availability and airport pick-up rules can are restricted, so we don’t recommend relying on Uber for airport pick-up. Is basically not allowed.
Return transfer Hotel-airport
For your return to the airport, you typically have more options:

Nexus (or your preferred company) pre-booked — they’ll provide your pick-up time.

Hotel taxi (approximately $50 USD, may vary).

Uber (often easier from the hotel, depending on availability).
