Our coach Walter Alvez  presents a series of 4 special workshops dedicated to physical recovery.

 

It doesn't matter if you exercise or not during the week,  physical recovery sessions are recommended for everyone.  Each session  will be oriented to a specific part  of the body in particular.

 

June 6th Shoulder and neck 

June 13th Knee and feet

June 20th Hip and legs 

June 27th Back 

 

They goal is  to recover muscles and joints,  to heal existing injuries, improve  body  function and prevent possible injuries in the future.

 

  The coach will guide you in a series or  simple exercises accessible to anyone that you  can learn and do in the future when  need them. In addition, our trainer will personalize the exercises depending on the needs of each of the participants.

 

Sessions will be recorded in case of not being able to attend in person.
